We know that COVID-19 has exacerbated already existing inequities in our communities. We also know that back to school can be a really stressful time for families and students. The Hamilton Centre for Civic Inclusion is offering up some support for Black youth to help make this transition as smooth as possible. We will be connecting youth to various supports across the city and this support is not limited to the list below. This program is offered to Black secondary and post-secondary students.

We are asking for folks in #hamont to donate any used laptops, iPads, & computers to support Black youth heading back to school. We have received over 200 requests for various supports. Access to computers is a frequent request. #Covid_19 #COVID pic.twitter.com/rPjJFcKDQC
